About Nick Getzendanner:
Nick has been in real estate since 2002 when he started performing mobile closings for lenders, title companies, and borrowers directly. He then spent many years in the title industry. After exiting the title industry in 2016, he decided to finally go and get his real estate sales agent license. Nick spent time with Keller Williams undergoing their thorough training programs and gaining experience before moving over to work with the great group at RW Properties. Nick is thoroughly knowledgeable with the Collin, Denton and North Tarrant county areas and specializes in the quickly growing Collin County area. Nick is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Collin County Association of Realtors.
Nick is also a veteran of the US Marine Corps where the core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment were instilled. He spent time in both California and South Carolina fulfilling his military duties before receiving an honorable discharge in 2006 as a Corporal.
